I had my shower faucet replaced. Josh and the entire team was very helpful in trying to find the replacement part. Unfortunately, the part was no longer manufactured and couldn't be replaced. However, they provided an alternative solution to replace the entire faucet. Josh completed the job in a couple of hours, and I'm happy that it's working now.
