First, let me note that Mauricio responded to our request for service that day, within an hour. He was professional. We communicated by cell and he explained with photos exactly what he found and what he would repair/replace. Turned out the same issue was happening on the next floor... Additional work recommended... Couldn't ask for better!
Response from the owner:We appreciate the 5-star review ! If you know anyone else who could use honest, reliable plumbing service, we’d be grateful for the referral. Thank you again for choosing A Good Plumber

I’ve been using A Good Plumber for the past two years. I’m very happy with the work that they have done in the house. They are very clear when they explain what needs to be done and why it’s important to take care of the issue. I was told the total cost before the work began and so there were no surprises in terms of workmanship and cost when they were done. I highly recommend them.

This tech was personality PLUS. I would request to use Tommy for all my plumbing needs. Exceptionally clean, and explains thoroughly what has to be done, and does it.
(THANKS TOMMY)
