Josh came at the agreed time. He assessed the problem with the toilet. He listened and gave me choices about how the repair can be done. One was quick fix and hope for it to last. Another was replace the flushometer. I had him replace the old flushometer. He worked for over 2 hours and tsted the finished job for leaks and volume of water. He guaranteed his work for 1 year. I was happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He left the bathroom area clean. I felt the price was reasonable.

We needed a new shower trim to fix a bad leak with updated parts.

Mauricio Morales was assigned to my case. He was very thorough in his analysis with my apartments leak. We clogged the shower stall and filled it up, and let it drain to debug issues. We went up and downstairs between units to observe stuff.

Afterwards he even spent time between the two units inspecting other unrelated things since he was already there.

The front desk was also very helpful in working with my building to establish COIs.
