This review is long overdue. When we moved into our new home a little over a year ago, we had no idea what plumbing nightmares were waiting for us. If we listed every issue over the last 13 months, you wouldn’t believe it. To give you a sense of scale, we have more than 175 emails with the owner of A Good Plumber, and that doesn’t count all the emails and calls with the rest of their team. Through all of it, A Good Plumber has been outstanding. They’re a family-owned business of master plumbers, and it shows. Whether it was Bill, Warren, Tommy, Josh, Mauricio, or another member of their crew, every one of them has been able to troubleshoot even the biggest head-scratchers. They explain things clearly, which matters a lot when you’re new homeowners trying to understand what’s going on behind your walls or under layers of concrete. Their work is consistently high quality, and Briana at the front desk is wonderfully communicative and keeps everything running smoothly. On top of all the random plumbing issues, they also installed our new boiler and gas lines, which meant carefully working through the DEP permit process. They handled it with real care and kept us informed every step of the way. Most of all, they’re lovely, trustworthy people who are truly invested in protecting us and our home. We honestly can’t imagine navigating the last 13 months and countless jobs without them, their empathy, and their quality work. A Good Plumber recently installed a new boiler and thermostat at my home. Everything was explained every step of the way. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I highly recommend them! Tommy and Eric were here to do routine maintenance on the boiler and snake out the sewer line. A Good Plumber is always there when you need them. Tommy has gone a lot of our plumbing work through the years. He is the best!

I had a great experience with A Good Plumber Corp. They came out to repair a leak from the toilet. Turns out they needed to open the floor and repair the flange and piping in the bathroom floor. Josh was fantastic as normal. He walked me through the entire process before starting any work so I knew exactly what to expect. After having the floor itself repaired, Josh came back within just a couple of days to re-install the toilet. The price for the work might have been a little on the higher side, but the quality of the work is excellent, and it comes with a warranty which gives me great peace of mind. Highly recommend Josh and the team for their professionalism and quality craftsmanship! I will keep them in mind for any future plumbing issues.

Mauricio from A Good Plumber was fantastic. He contacted me to let me know he would be arriving a little early. He came and assessed what would be needed. Then told me the cost which was cheaper than what I had been quoted by another plumber. Grabbed some stuff from the truck, came back and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. Then asked if there were any other issues I was having that he could look at. Whenever I need a plumber again, I will definitely be reaching out to A Good Plumber.

First, let me note that Mauricio responded to our request for service that day, within an hour. He was professional. We communicated by cell and he explained with photos exactly what he found and what he would repair/replace. Turned out the same issue was happening on the next floor... Additional work recommended... Couldn't ask for better!
